JACK NICKLAUS SIGNATURE COURSE
This was the first course in Europe to be designed by the great Jack Nicklaus and it remains one of his proudest achievements.
The par 72, 7000 yard Nicklaus course has played host to many of the world’s top golfers and was recently named as the “most difficult course in England” by Today’s Golfer.
Following its recent £25m revamp Today’s Golfer also wrote...
“Sure St Mellion is tough, but don’t let that put you off; from that opening tee shot, the course pitches you headlong into an almost hallucinogenic trip of crazy pee green cambers, starlight sand, lemon gorse, slate streams and dark, brooding woods…. Unique may be an overused word, but for this place it rings as true as the St Mellion church bell that echoes across the course every Sunday morning”
KERNOW COURSE ST MELLION
The St Mellion Kernow course is a top championship course in its own right. Formerly the “Old Course” until its recent complete redevelopment with 9 entirely new holes. It too has hosted numerous tournaments featuring the world’s top golfers.
A firm favourite with members, this par 68, 6000 yard course offers an entirely pleasant challenge. With its spectacular views and larger greens & fairways this a course you will enjoy playing time and again.
If you choose one of our Oakridge St Mellion golf breaks this is exactly what you will be able to do as free golf on this lovely course is included in the basic price.
We are currently waiting for new images of the St Mellion Kernow Course and we will update this page as soon as these are available.
